Honey Lavender Lattes with Oat Milk

Sweetened with honey, these lavender lattes are the perfect drink any time of day. They're my favorite, though, for an Easter brunch or Mother's Day!

  • Espresso Machine
  • Mesh Strainer


For the Honey Lavender Syrup

  • ¼ c culinary lavender
  • 1 c water
  • c honey

For the Honey Lavender Latte

  • 2 shots espresso I use 1 Nespresso Double Shot Scuro Pod
  • ¾ c Oat Milk I prefer Oatly
  • 2 tablespoon honey lavender syrup


For the Honey Lavender Syrup

  • Combine water and lavender in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  • Use a mesh strainer to remove the lavender from the water.
  • Return the lavender water to medium heat and add the honey. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until combined.
  • Honey Lavender Syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. It's also really delicious with lemonade!

For the Honey Lavender Lattes

  • Add the honey lavender syrup to your glass or mug
  • Pull the two shots of Espresso into the glass or mug
  • Froth the Oat Milk and add to the espresso
  • Garnish with culinary lavender and or a sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
