If you were a fly on any given wall of our house these past few nights, then you would find this blog post to be extremely topical. The jury (and her pediatrician) is still out on whether she is teething or caught a little bug or both, but our 10 hour stretch night sleeper has been hosting some very rowdy all-night parties since we got home from Texas. Now, I hate to be a party pooper, but this is one shindig I'm ready to shut down. I'm sure the travel didn't help matters and she's also almost 17 weeks old which is smack dab in the middle of a huge cognitive development if you're familiar with Wonder Weeks, but also commonly referred to as the 4-month sleep regression. Anyhow, coffee in any shape or form is sounding really nice right about now, but these 10 recipes look extremely appetizing! (Um, and yes I'm going to need that coffee bacon stat.)

COFFEE!!! What a great round-up! Thanks for including my cookies. That bacon has my name all over it...with a side of eclairs! 😀

Hi Jen! Thank you for including my homemade no-churn coffee ice cream recipe in your post. I imagine that late nights with a toddler definitely require a lot of caffeine! If you need a real wake me up you can make an Italian style affogato. Just take a scoop of my coffee ice cream and pour a shot of espresso over the top. That is a double caffeine boost for you when you really need it. Enjoy and I hope the little one sleeps so you can get some rest! 🙂

Oh, sounds like you really are in need of a cup or three of coffee. Hopefully your little one will get over this bout of whatever it is soon! Sending love from Sydney and thanks for including my eclairs in your round up.
