{Shoot} Summer in Bloom

The sight of new fall collections in stores rights now has me giddy for all things autumn.  However, I am trying to relish every last drop of summer because all too soon it will be gone and I will be dreaming of these hot balmy times complete with long sunshine-filled days, impromptu outdoor adventures, and last minute trips to the sandy shore (like yesterday's trip to Malibu!)  I styled a shoot with Denise Crew recently that captured this feeling precisely-- breezy, lightweight fabrics coupled with lively colors and fabrics made for an effortless summer look.  Perhaps this is what you will be sporting in August?
