My Style // Dress Season - The Effortless Chic

With winter nearly behind us, I keep finding myself day dreaming of summer. I'm so looking forward to Friday night wine tastings at Barnsdall and having friends over for dinner in the backyard. I've even thought about instituting a weekly Thursday evening margarita night with girlfriends. (You can take the girl out of Texas...) One of my favorite things about dressing for the spring and summer is how easy it is to throw on a dress and couple of accessories and look perfectly pulled together. No rolling of sleeves and precisely placed layers. Just simple, effortless style.

This particular dress is quite versatile, too. First of all you could nurse in it which is something I found I could do in very few dresses I already owned last year. Don't worry, even if you're not lactating it's perfect for bridal showers, baby showers, an afternoon wedding, and a backyard bash among friends!
