When Parker was first born, I anxiously awaited the day when we would have a schedule. I would hear moms of older babies talk about how they "had to be home by 12 for nap time" and was green with envy. Even more, before baby, things like working out and grocery shopping used to slip easily into my day and that certainly changed when Parker came on the scene. What I am about to say, I say knowing that all phases seem to come and go. In fact I'm probably jinxing myself even saying it out loud, but here goes anyways...
Houston, we have a schedule. A real deal routine that feels like a total dream. She's pretty much sleeping through the night now. We wake up and have a morning just the three of us. When Aaron leaves for work, Parker and I head out for a run around the neighborhood and when we come back, she heads down for her morning nap and I begin work. I won't bore you with the rest of the details, but it feels like we've finally hit our stride and it feels so good! So I thought we should celebrate with a look that's fresh and white and new!
This coat is actually part sweater, part coat. It has the shape of a coat which makes it more dressed up, but the structure of a sweater so it's pretty cozy for running errands and prepping shoots.
