Merry and Bright

Happiest of fridays, friends!  Today Aaron and I are celebrating our LA Christmas, complete with cookie baking for the neighbors, visits from friends, unwrapping of the presents under the tree this evening, followed by dinner at one of our favorite spots.  I have been looking forward to this day for some time and am giddy that it's finally here!  Are you looking forward to the week ahead?  I hope for you a beautiful week filled with people that you love.  I hope that you are compelled to generosity and overwhelmed by thankfulness.  Most of all, I hope that we can all look ahead to a new year, a fresh start, and endless possibilities with a stubborn will to make every day better than the last...

Make a PIE.  Dress UP. Buy a GIFT. Give THANKS. Bake something SWEET.  Gather AROUND.  Set the TABLE.  Make it OVER.  Make a CHEESE plate.  Mix a DRINK.  Put it together like these LADIES. Get CAFFEINATED.  Appreciate every DETAIL.
