It's true that life right now is full of things that are anything but rose petals. Doing taxes. Toddler meltdowns. Finding babysitters for work when preschool decides to celebrate Spring Break. But amidst the hard, the hectic, or the frustrating, there's just so much good, so much that makes me happy, so much to be thankful for. A healthy toddler who loves to talk to her baby sister first thing in the morning when she wakes up. Sunshine-filled days that are creeping into the eighties. A husband who always cleans the kitchen. A sourdough starter sitting on the countertop with the promise of fresh baked bread just around the corner. Blood tests and ultrasounds that are in the range of normal. Friends that you bump into by accident. Friends that text. Friends that visit from out of town. Your comments that you leave here. This pink dress, these shoes and this necklace. Driving by our new house and seeing progress being made. Having coffee in the morning in the Heath Ceramics coffee mugs my mom gave me for Christmas. Projects that get greenlit. What's brightening your days lately?
You can see more of my favorite spring dresses (which I plan on living in these next six months) here.

I love your dress! It's so cute. Currently, warm sunny weather and getting a lot more styling work has been making me happy. I woke up to snow this morning and that does not make me happy. I also have a photo shoot on Wednesday that's outside. Fingers crossed that it doesn't snow!
