Denim Shorts, 7 Ways

Did you know that the term "dog days" dates back to ancient greek and roman times?  July and August were characterized by the star Sirius-- the brightest star in the night-- also known as Canis Major or Large Dog.  Thousands of years later, the dog days of summer are definitely upon us here in Los Angeles.  While my roster of summer dresses is usually my quick and effortless go-to move when the temps get above 90, sometimes you just want to throw on a pair of denim shorts, some sneakers and a baseball cap.  After all, if you can't do that during these dog days, when can you?
