This post could have been titled 'The Great Diaper Bag Conundrum', but then that would have been really confusing for some and also maybe a turn-off for others who have no use for a diaper bag. So it's not titled that. My point, though, is that I while I'm out of the major big diaper bag phase, I do need a little more space in my own bag for some of Parker's necessities. A couple of weeks ago while packing for Austin I stumbled upon an old tote bag I decided to give that a whirl. It's been perfect, I tell you! Just the right size with a few minimal compartments. With summer's impending arrival, I'd argue that a great straw tote might be just the perfect bag addition to your wardrobe. It feels fun, seasonal, and, as I have recently discovered, totally practical too! Three cheers for summer!

It totally does! I'm amazed at how many uses I have found for them! Beach bag, diaper bag, grocery bag....!
