My Style || Best Fall Dress

On our flight out to LA last week, Parker was consumed with her iPad and I was consumed with the decision to either watch Money Monster, read the latest issue of Porter, or continue on with Shoe Dog when my thoughts began to wander.  Had it really been four whole months since we left LA?  The first two months were a total whirlwind of trying to create our new normal and new routines.  It was transition on top of transition.  I'm surprised I'm daring to even publish these words as I'll surely jinx us, but we've come out on the other end of the craziness and our new normal is really good.  Now that we've transitioned the hard things-- let's transition the easy things, like wardrobes, shall we?

This dress shouted my name the moment I saw it.  It's the perfect dress that I'm convinced you can totally wear year-round.  The colors are totally seasonless and the lightweight crinkle cotton makes it cool enough in spring and early summer and perfect for the beginning of fall.  Layer it with tights and a jacket, even a hat and a scarf during the cooler months and you've got yourself one very versatile look!
