4 Ingredient Pineapple Mango Margaritas (+ Mocktails!)

There are literally zero places I would rather be than in Palm Springs this weekend with our LA besties that we haven’t seen in months! The palm trees, the pool, our girls brunch! As if that wasn’t reason enough to celebrate, Aaron just finished his last tape day of Season 14 at The Ellen Show which means he’s on hiatus for the next two months and it’s officially summer for our family! I will still be working (perhaps summer hours?!), but it means weekend getaways, a lot more co-parenting, and plenty of date nights as we prepare for this new babe to come on the scene. Speaking of this babe, since I can’t celebrate with a real margarita, we recipe tested both a cocktail and a mocktail version of these Pineapple Mango Margaritas for this post and partnered with Tropicana who is all about the impromptu celebration to relish those every day wins! Pineapple Mango Margaritas

(makes one cocktail)

Ingredients:

3 ounces Tropicana Pineapple Mango Juice
1 ½ ounces premium silver tequila
1 ½ ounces Grand Marnier
1 ounce Club Soda
(optional lime garnish + salt for the rim)

Directions:

Combine Tropicana Pineapple Mango Juice, tequila, and grand marnier in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake for the twenty seconds. Pour into a glass and top with club soda. Garnish with lime if you wish!
