If you were fortunate enough to start Whole30 on January 2nd, a day that I imagine a lot of food-related ambitions are inaugurated, then lucky you! You can binge on nachos, queso, and ooey-gooey fried sticks of the mozzarella variety to your heart's content. However, if your aspirations transcend the month and you find yourself staring down this epic sports weekend that is almost always tied to the most delicious albeit amateur of appetizer concoctions, don't fret. Scour these recipes for one that fits your resolution and double that recipe sister. One for the party that is lucky enough to host you and the other to stock away for a snack or lunch this week. (Don't worry, they're more satisfying than a simple crudité and no one will be the wiser.)
PS. Any other favorite healthy Super Bowl appetizers that we missed? Leave 'em in the comments, will ya?!

Fun fact: Aaron and I have spent exactly zero Super Bowls together. They're one of his craziest shoot weekends each year, so I almost always pick a party and go stag, although with a toddler in tow now. Only time will tell what I do this year with two... eek.

I couldn't see the recipe, or name for the tortilla dish at the top of the page. I would love to know what was on the inside.
