What To Listen To Now

What To Listen To Now {Feb}

Happy Monday!  How were your weekends?  We shot a new Cocktail Hour post with photographer Melissa Valladares on Saturday morning that I can hardly wait to share with you guys next week!  I was glad to have plenty of festivities to attend this weekend with Aaron in New Orleans for the Super Bowl.  There were baby showers, dinner with a friend at a great little spot in our neighborhood, and a fabulous Super Bowl party hosted by my friend Kate.  How were your Super Bowl shindigs?  If you’re needing a little extra boost today, check out the newest play list from Music Supervisor, Matt Mugford.  These just keep getting better and better!

1. Sir Sly – Ghost: Up and comers from the O.C. Watch out for them this year. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

2. Dan Croll – From Nowhere: Big beat + casio keyboard = hipster gold!

3. Local Natives – Black Balloons: I am completely obsessed with their new album, Hummingbird. Go get it ASAP.

4. Solange – Losing You: You might have seen her big sis kill it at the Super Bowl, but she is not to be overlooked. Legit stuff.

5. Ghost Beach – Been There BeforeSlappin’ da bass, mon!

 6. Kishi Bashi – Manchester: Build at the end is worth it.

7. HAIM – Don’t Save Me: It’s official…I’m in love with these sisters.

8. Kodaline – Lose Your Mind: Just saw these guys in LA last week. One of the better shows I have been to in awhile. Debut LP comes out next month!

9. Hannah Georgas – Robotic: Best kept secret?

10. Indians – Bird: Chill vibez all around.

11. Bon Iver – Perth (Teen Daze Remix): Suuuuper chill vibez. Great remix of an already amazing song.
