There is just way too much goodness wrapped up in this color!  It is the color of the mediterranean sea and the sky just before dusk.  It is deep and bright all at the same time.  For someone who loves neutral colors, cobalt is the perfect pop.  It’s not too bright, and so beautiful and saturated.  How great is this cobalt sofa?  Or the classically pleated skirt?  Pair with gray to keep it soft and classic or with orange for a real punch of color!
