Happy Monday!  How were your weekend festivities?  Mine was the perfect balance of a little work, a little downtime, and a whole lot of fun!  We spent Saturday night celebrating the 5th of May with margaritas, fajitas, and friends in our backyard. In fact, I discovered a little entertaining secret that I still can’t believe I have never considered before:  If you plan a menu of things cooked on the grill, the guys end up doing quite a bit of the cooking while the girls get to continue chatting and catching up!  I’m just saying, it’s worth keeping in mind if you have any summer parties planned  Speaking of summer, nothing screams, “Summer is just around the corner!” like these two fiery shades thrown together in one great ensemble.  You might think that two bold primary colors in one look might be a little over-the-top, but it’s actually a nice, bright statement. I love a bold red lip with a yellow dress like Emma Stone for Elle or a chic yellow accessory with a red cocktail dress like the Jimmy Choo ad.  Keep the other colors and shapes basic when playing with these vibrant hues and you won’t over do it.
