Ever since I first laid eyes on Don Draper and his mid-century chic office, I have dreamed of having a bar cart in our living room. I have visions of us entertaining well-dressed guests and serving them ice cold martinis and perfectly poured Old Fashioneds from this cart. It all just feels so glamorous! Do any of you have one? Do you actually keep liquor out on it or use it for another purpose?
We have one! It’s an old wooden thing that my grandma used to have. I think she called it a tea cart. I’ve always loved it and ours is sort of blended. We have a silver tea set on the bottom and just bottles of alcohol on top … with a big bowl of polaroids, of course. It’s totally us

I tried an old fashioned last weekend, inspired by madmen. Umm, totally gross! Haha. Bitters is like a numbing vicks type of a substance. Anyway, a bar cart is sweet, the bitters, not so much.
