Today The Effortless Chic turns one!

What was started as a little labor of love in between styling projects, has developed into something more than I ever could have imagined and I am so grateful to each of you for following along and engaging in the action!  I am constantly inspired by everything you bring to the table and all of your personal style. Below are just a few of my favorite moments from the last 365 days, but I would LOVE for you to leave a comment and let me know what was one of yours.  Also, what do you really enjoy that you would like to see more of?  Here is to making the next year here at The Effortless Chic even better than the last!

SOME OF MY FAVORITE MOMENTS FROM THIS PAST YEAR…

We have talked silhouettes and color palettes and a year later, this one is still one of my favorites!  Emily became our very first Her Style gal… and she got us off to a great start!  Remember these?  For a more updated look, try one that is cropped!  Aaron and I hosted our first Thanksgiving in our first home… followed by a weekend of decking the halls and hanging the stockings!  We created  gift guides for the holidays… because everyone needs a little help in that department, right?  And for every reason to celebrate, there should be a party dress to celebrate it, right?!

In February I was doing fun projects around the house and I worked on my first campaign for Gap!  Then in March we launched our Cocktail Hour series and Eva cooked up one of the most delicious treats!  April brought a fun style post and as summer drew near we started planning for lots of time spent outdoors.  Over the summer I joined forces with Camille Styles and started doing style posts for her beautiful site.  Back here we launched our own series, The Savvy Girl’s Guide and just when I thought the summer couldn’t get any better, I took a trip to Palm Springs and enjoyed cocktails with the girls!
